I ordered a few specimens for my class, and a couple of them actually looked good right out of the package. That said, a few were softer than I expected, and the labeling wasn’t as clear as I would’ve liked, which made things a bit annoying during setup. They were still usable overall, so it wasn’t a total miss, but I do wish the quality had been more consistent across the order.

I was excited to start the lab, but, actually, I couldn’t even really get going because my science kit was missing like half the stuff. I kept checking the box thinking maybe I missed something, but no. Frustrating, honestly

I ordered some lab stuff, but the instructions on the site were really unclear. I felt like I had to guess my way through half of it, which wasted a lot of time. When I tried to get help, I kept getting transferred around instead of getting a straight answer, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.

"Still waiting, but I guess it wasn’t all bad"
The ordering part was straightforward, and at first I thought support was going to be helpful. But my issue never got fixed. They replied a couple of times and then just stopped answering completely. I don’t want to say the whole experience was terrible, because it started out okay, but in the end I’m still stuck waiting with no resolution

I was annoyed to find out the same lab stuff costs a lot less elsewhere. It would’ve helped if the pricing was communicated more clearly upfront, because right now it just feels a bit unfair

"Helpful items, but I expected more for teaching"
I picked up a few science classroom supplies from Ward's Science because I had this feeling it would make lesson planning easier too. The actual products were fine, and nothing was really wrong with them, but I was still left feeling a little let down somehow.
Some things came with guides, others didn’t, and I felt like I kept wandering around the site trying to find simple activity ideas. A lot of the descriptions just felt like product listings, not the kind of teacher support I was hoping for.
For what I paid, I really thought there would be more lesson direction or ready-to-use student materials. It’s probably useful if you already know exactly what you’re doing, but if you’re looking for inspiration or help building a lesson, it just doesn’t quite get there

I don’t know, I kind of got the feeling right away that there wasn’t much to pick from. I went in expecting to find some basic stuff, but the selection felt limited and I ended up not finding what I needed.

"Shipping delay made me lose a bit of trust"
My order took longer to arrive than I expected, and the tracking updates weren’t very clear, which was frustrating. The items were fine once they finally showed up, but the wait definitely made me lose some trust in the process. I might order again, but only if I’m not in any hurry to get it.

"Whoever packed this could’ve done better"
The actual order was mostly fine once I opened it, but the box looked like it had been through a lot. The corners were crushed, and one of the items was just loose inside with barely any padding around it. For lab supplies, I really expected whoever packed it to take a little more care. Shipping time was okay, but the packaging was disappointing.

I’ve tried ordering from here a few times, usually when I’m just looking for something practical that I actually need, and the site is easy enough to browse at first. But after spending time comparing options and finally picking something, I keep running into the same issue: the useful stuff is either out of stock or on backorder. It’s annoying because it feels like I waste time getting all the way to checkout for nothing
"Safety info could’ve been clearer"
I ordered some lab supplies from Ward’s, and the actual items were fine overall (no real complaints there). The safety info just felt a little lacking, though. A couple of the labels were hard to read, and it took me longer than it should have to track down the SDS. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but with lab supplies, I kind of expect that stuff to be easier to find and handled with a bit more care.

"Not the quality I expected"
I ordered some lab supplies i was disappointed with the quality. A few of the pieces felt cheap and flimsy as soon as I took them out of the box, and one of them didn’t even hold up after just light use. For the price, I really expected something sturdier. Shipping was fine, but there was some confusion too because the email said one thing and the order details seemed to say another, so that didn’t help. Overall, the products just didn’t feel worth what I paid, and I probably wouldn’t order from here again.

"Delivery was a mess"
My order showed up late and the tracking barely changed the whole time, I kept checking because I needed the supplies for class and not knowing where anything was really threw off my week, so I’m not planning to order from wardsci again unless they get their delivery issues figured out.

I had to wait days just to get a reply from customer service, it got annoying. I kept having to check back myself instead of just getting a clear response in a reasonable time. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience ever, but when you actually need help, that kind of delay is really frustrating

Trying to get my return sorted was way more frustrating than it needed to be. It dragged on forever, and every time I reached out, I felt like I was being passed to someone else with no one actually taking ownership of the issue. Just a really annoying experience overall.

I was just trying to order some basic lab supplies, but the whole site made it feel harder than it needed to be. The pages were slow, the filters kept resetting, and the search results were all over the place. I kept thinking, how is it this much work just to compare a few items? Checkout wasn’t much better either, since it felt clunky and not very clear. the whole experience kind of made me feel dismissed, like the site wasn’t really built with customers in mind. I got frustrated, left, and only came back later because I still needed the supplies.
